I would suggest picking up Bill Karwin's book on SQL Antipatterns. He goes through a few ideas. I found this slide show from him. It covers the same ideas: https://www.slideshare.net/billkarwin/models-for-hierarchi

I'm using JUCE. It is intimidating at first, but it's not that bad once you get a hang of it. It's just not something you'll pick up in an afternoon. Of course, if you don't know C++, that's more learning curve

Building audio plugins. It's a lot of fun learning about signal processing, waves, FFT, and so on. Not planning to apply to HN with this, of course, but hoping to build out an indy company.

The author tells you how to find things. The thumbnails are more Rated-X than I anticipated, and I wouldn't want to link to any of those videos either.

Have you tried powered adapters? That's what I'm using and I've had zero problems. This includes adding things that wouldn't work with a passive adapter.

If I have Finder and Pages open (or any program, it's not relevant), I CMD-tab from Finder to Pages, then when I CMD-tab to go back to Finder, it doesn't pop up. I have to manually go to the Dock and reopen Finder. Finder restarts

This is also true of a pop up that has options like yes, no, cancel. In other OS's, this would be done with an arrow key, but in MacOS, this is done via mouse, I think. I suspect there will be a comment that tells me how to do this wit

My biggest irritation with MacOS is CMD-Tab back to Finder breaks constantly. Then the terminal short cuts are bound to CTL, and at least on my Macbook Pro, CTL is only on one side. I also don't like how Return is "change a file n
