I use VS2015 with resharper on a parallels vm (12gb, 6 cores i7) as my daily driver only really notice the slow down you mentioned (1/4 speed) on the larger solutions, unfortunately thats when you need the majority of the refactor tool

agreed, I haven't seen any states, I am just basing it on my personal experience in the UK. I use Windows in the Day and OSX for personal projects. Wonder where that puts me?

Most developers I know use windows, most of them don't know what SASS is though. I think its fair to say that the majority of front end developers prefer OSX.

So we should insult deeply religious people by calling them derogatory names also? EDIT: Asking if you think its fair to call somebody names because they don;t have the same beliefs?

dotnet rc2 is close to release but I wouldn't treat it as an rc. rc1 and rc2 changes are considerable and I'd expect more changes whilst they figure out the rest.

Contracting is pretty popular in London. Is contracting as popular in SF? I don't hear much about it. In London a decent mid-level developer can earn £500 a day, the shortage of developers at the moment, it's a no brainer for me.
