Localisation of films\tv shows\educational material. Often English language films are poorly dubbed for local (mostly non-English speaking) markets. Having a local/recognisable actor filling the role would be a big improvment.

Thanks, I was not aware of these. I'll have to research. I suspect they're somewhat desctructive, but could be justified with more than 1000USD worth of metal.

That would defeat the purpose of owning physical gold. Most physical gold owners do not want any third party dependancy, or couterparty risk. They would stronly prefer discretion. I make the distinction with physical ownership over a gold-l

The suggestion is the sub may have been carrying a Cobalt Bomb, a nuclear weapon encased in cobalt to increase fallout. In the case of a water detonation I'm guessing massive radioactive contamination that would end sea life for a larg

This smells of identity verification. They offer a payment mechanism which needs to be legally compliant. Bingo! Social credit system with verified ID. The crypto part is just to make sound hip.

Perhaps the perceived shortcomings appear to be obvious to even the non-aeronautically trained? I recall the MCAS issue being discussed here well before governments grounded the 737max. The FAA being one of the last to ground. The F-35 issu

I tend to look at the risk as being relative. For me, downtown Rio around 'Central do Brasil' bus and train station were far higher risk than many slums. Various areas around Rio (and SP) have 'Cracklands' (Cracolândia)

Plenty of legal businesses too, e.g. Bank of Brazil in Rocinha: https://goo.gl/maps/pK3K1Lc24fgh7wzv6 When I lived in an affluent part of Rio, I often got my haircut, bought fruit, veg and groceries in the local slum.

Those who are privacy conscious prefer to be spied upon by TLAs and surveillance corporations? To clarify I'm not in favour of one type or another, but it's unlikely China can have any influence over my life.

This will find appeal among those that wish to minimise their interaction with Google. Having a smartphone (access internet, email etc) with camera is appealing, contributing to large surveillance corporations like Google, Facebook etc is n

My experience with heavy luggage on the French TVG was positive and so efficient Il Duce would be jealous. My ticket told me where to stand on the platform. When the train pulled to a precise location, I did not have to move any distance. O

By far the best indicator of quality I have found is the acidity level. The higher acidity oils tend to omit this detail in packaging. I aim for 0.3%. The higher quality olive oils have been sold in 'tin-cans', but that alone does
