Anyone using LLVM/Clang on Windows? If so did you have to do anything special to get it to work? I have not really looked into it much myself as the last time I did Windows was basically a no go. Any advice would be great thanks!

Looks like a calibration issue. They should have included selecting other candidates in the list. While not good enough (voting machines should be "perfect") calling it "altering votes" is a little much. It shows you that it has registered

I am waiting to see the pricing on the Surface Pro. That is what I am interested in. I was very close to buying an ultrabook but am holding off to see how the SP is as a general computer as well as a tablet.

For consuming content and creating very basic content a tablet is great. On a train or on the sofa a tablet is very nice for reading reddit and HN, watching some Youtube, Skype with the family, writing emails and basic document creation. Ho

If you right click on the bottom left corner (where the start menu button was/where the start page icon appears) you will get a context menu with most of the things you could want such as Computer Management, Command Prompt, etc.

My main computer is a 3½ year old Dell laptop (2.5Ghz C2D, 4GB RAM) and Windows 8 boots and runs a little smoother than Windows 7 does. Not enough for me to stick with 8 though, I am quite happy to keep it restricted to a virtual machine.

Yeah I am still on 2.2.1 as I did not like the changes they were making to the UI (thankfully just a few clicks changes it back to the old look). Never even installed 3.x
