Hmm, really good point, but I still stand by my thinking. I think the expectations should be higher for an organization that is empowered by the state to do violence than for a gathering of citizens. There shouldn't be any expectation

I count the bank of existing knowledge, Stackoverflow posts and tutorials, as the community. In that case I don't see how such a new arrival could have a richer one than C++. There are still relevant C++ questions that someone asked on
