Apple should just support valve with proton(wine). This would enable 90% of all Windows games on the Mac.

paper launch means no hardware. This is just very limited supply. The only atrocious thing is the FE edition is 100$ less then the cheap AIB models.

In Germany we're pretty much at the base line it's to expensive to waste energy. After picking the low hanging fruit (light, lcd tvs, not using a dryer all the time) It gets very hard.

The Problem is the GDP isn't vanishing. It will just move to other places e.g. China.

You should not lump all western nations together. In northern Europe AC doesn't happen at home for the most part. Here in Germany it's a luxury because of the high prices for electricity.

Thanks for the Information. You're right zstd even on a single core is pretty fast but for multicore systems with nvme drives multithreading would be beneficial.

The resolution is too low to compare. You need to be GPU limited to test GPU performance.

50-100% seems a little high. I think Apple has picked the low hanging fruit. This kind of performance increase is only possible in multicore workloads. Single core would be more like 20-30%. But maybe they can increase clock speeds with the

It gets a lot crazier than that. Germany is also closing coal plants. If not enough power is available we are importing from France(nuclear) or Poland(coal) for a premium of course. Germany's energy policy is a complete fail and should

You are correct. Intel is on 14nm+++ for Desktop/Server/Mobile but there are some Ice lake mobile chips at 10nm.

And except games means if you are CPU limited at 1080p or lower with old game engines you are losing maybe 5% performance.

I meant your 100x faster claim. If you write stuff like that you should at least link to the study or article.

Please proof that claim. 100x faster never. And faster warming compared to which period. We are still in at the tail end of an ice age so warming is expected.

And a TCG is much easier todo on mobile without sacrificing game depth. Diablo 3 wasn't even very deep but you couldn't port that to mobile because the controls just don't work like that.

Blizzard has many IPs every full release would be a success. Also there is no problem with diversifying, just don't announce it at Blizzcon as the only news to that IP. They should have presented this and then tease D4 nobody would hav
