it sure feels like taxes because it is based on your pay. In other countries like Switzerland it costs the same if you earn 5 or 10 k CHF.

afaik the numbers are associated to a provider, they get blocks of XXXX numbers. it would not help somebody to have enum on the provider level. because they are stuck there. Numbers are more like IP addresses and less like domains.

the building blocks are all there, take something like inspectlet.com and introjs.com and you are probably close. but somebody has to build it. i see the value but the pricing looks like crazy to me. then again maybe for VC backed startups

Sure it is not easy, but it is also not impossible. We accepted card payments before stripe came. There are a couple of clones. Most of our customers pay with bank transfer and not online. If we would have all our invoices paid with stripe

sure that was then, but that changed over the years. stripe is not cheap, i'm pretty sure if somebody came with the same UX many would switch, us including. We are B2B and with postpaid so the customers are using Stripe to pay Invoice

what uber is dooing in some countries is having partner company hire a driver, so the driver does not directly work for uber but for a partner, so uber does not have a problem.

most of the countries now have something like that but for sole proprietship. if you have an llc, you can do basically whatever you want because it is taxed different, and somebody has to be employed there, so the country gets the taxes. i

I have a nice akgs wired headphones, but every time I stand up or move i pull on the cable or have to remove them. with my Bluetooth headphones I can go to kitchen grab something and go back quickly.
