Great project and write up! Did the team consider developing a custom secret engine [1] for Vault? or is it that the specific dances between Rails, tokenizer, ssokenizer cannot be accommodated by a secret engine? [1]: https://dev

I was really excited about this feature because I recently tweeted about wanting something like `(*testing.T).Cleanup` from Go [1]. I think this is achievable now across test frameworks because of this language/runtime addition! I scri

Few folks in here are (rightly) frustrated with the code generation story and broader tooling support around the OpenAPI standard. I've found a few alternative approaches quite nice to work with: - Use a DSL to describe your service an

I'd say it's YAGNI if it required going out of your way to add something on top of your project. CSS logical properties mirror traditional properties one-for-one. Once you know about them why would you go back to older layout prop

Hey folks, author of the gist here. I’m a big fan of Benthos because, in my opinion, it’s the simplest version of unix philosophy applied to stream processing that adds on strong operational features (single go binary, metrics and tracing a

I sincerely hope HTML snapshot testing is not being sold as a useful testing technique in the front-end world anymore. Edited snapshots are often glanced over in PR reviews especially when they are large and/or there are many of them.

My initial comment was very vague and I'm glad to see others have replied to fill in the gaps. If your service/system has a sufficiently large configuration space, like say, Kubernetes, then a typed configuration language can grea

CUE has been an absolute joy to work with on configuration problems. It’s a typed language which is something that’s been a massive gap in the config language space when looking at yaml, toml, json, etc... https://cuelang.org

I'm all for well presented PRs/commits but I'm not sure how a good commit message mitigates the risk of a supply chain attack in this case.
