Validation of the longest chain, agreed upon by the protocol which the nodes are running. This is the absolute fundamental of this technology. This is not new and it has been working for more than a decade.

I find Angular much more "boring" than react because it feels much closer to classical HTML/CSS/JS. React basically asks me to mix all of these, which can be distracting

Well it is enforced by the protocol on which all node agree and there needs to be a mechanism for syncing clocks across nodes (also defined by the protocol) but they exist, e.g. https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/8946

No, as far as I understood the time between blocks in a PoS chain is basically just a timer (e.g. 10 seconds). There is no need to adjust that dynamically because there is no "race" to solve a problem. I guess it is even more pred

A while ago I ran TOR from this while serving a NodeJS chat via HiddenService. Had no issue reaching it from another network. Not sure if it’s still possible, but this app is quite powerful.

I guess the biggest complaint after it was released was the lack of a packet manager. Not sure if that situation changed. However there was quite some buzz around it, here as well.

Really? Last time I was there around a year ago I was able to connect Proton. I believe the paid plan of ProtonVPN also offers TOR connections. Not a specialist on this, though.
