One way to do this would be the Reality Editor from MIT. http://fluid.media.mit.edu/realityeditor

I see, and I agree, you have a point. I still stand to what I wrote , because I think it is important to stress that it is important to follow your ideas, even if their odds might be low. Being downvoted is somewhat ironical on a meta level

"For the lone game programmer that day has already arrived. Twice." If one sees 'the art of lone game programming' as a genre then this might be true. One successful lonely game programmer leads to a gold rush of many lo

This was an awesome and very inspiring talk. It would be interesting to create a game where the population has limited ressources on a planet and if it overdoes the exploitation it gets extinct (like 'How bis is our island' https

I don't get it. They attack the PSN and XBox networks. Kim Schmitz gives them 3000 vouchers for Mega to save christmas (what?) and/or the world. Then they claim, he's the reason they stopped the attacks. And then they target

This question might be slightly off-topic: some time ago I read an article (might have been on Wikipedia) which explained why music more than other art forms sticks with certain atmospheres, memories or moods. I unfortunately didn't bo

I think some of the ideas behind maze generation can be applied to procedural level generation in general, whith some clever tweaks at least. Here is an approach in Python albeit not as interactive as the mentioned article: http:/
