You mention two different scenarios that use MongoDB effectively, and both are not what MongoDB purports it's supposed to be used for. The first is a small setup. MongoDB is called that because it's supposed to be for "humongous" data sets.

This is very cool! I am excited that ClojureScript could be used to target multiple backends, allowing one to leverage the platform's benefit's as needed.

Awesome, when I started ClojureScript, getting even the basics down was a little tricky, but this certainly helps! Thanks.

Can we please have collection level locking so writes to unrelated collections won't grab the shard's write lock?

To the grand-parent, I got a job off of an HN comment once, and I learned more at my time there then in 4 years of schooling, and it was a blast. Contact this man.

Whoa, it aborts infection if you have XCode installed? Is this just to prevent itself from infecting someone's computer that might be able to study it?

Buried source as a mediafire link? Author needs to learn about github. Code itself is pretty difficult to read and quickly pasted together, but otherwise a decent example on how to tie the technologies involved together.

I try to guide my candidates to produce a functional solution before premature optimization. Obviously once a candidate proves they can come up with at least the simplest case, it's good to get an idea how how they'd optimize it, but since
