I think the content itself is factual and relevant - I'm personally not a fan of the way US-centric identity politics polarise groups of peoples either, but once you get over this aspect the ideas behind it make more sense.

This trips many people up - £200 per week is not the same as £800 per month as most months are usually longer than 28 days. It is a way of (to many people, very sneakily) charging people more than they expect.

Only those with Windows 7/8 can get the free upgrade to 10 and W7/W8 themselves aren't free, which could be a factor to some.
