you realize the airline and airports are usually completely different companies? yes you paid for a flight, and the airline is using that to pay for the basic airport fees. most of your gripes could be avoided by paying the airport as well

love ocado purely for the reason it's cheaper than other services. i suspect they are subsidising each order to build long term customer behaviour but it's a gamble when customers can eadily switch as the moat is purely pricing

have used paper clips before sometimes they are too wide for iphone tho, maybe there's different gauge wire standards. thankfully have enough sim ejectors lying around now (usually included with new sim cards)
