That approach may fit the need of a modularity but it doesn't solve the remaining issues. To me, the most important issue is to make both backend and frontend dependencies same. I haven't documented yet but there is something I'm working on

The real mistake is that the founder of Pinboard does run a wrong business. I'm saying this as a Delicious user who uses it for 6 years and lost some bookmarks during the recent retooling. It's bad for running a bookmark website for several

I think it's not a good move for Amazon. E-Ink kindles are much more useful and friendly for book readers. They would choose to improve it with an html5 application platform (check this out; http://www.flickr.com/photos/azer/5966867029/ )

Facebook used to grow methodically. There is no sensible answer of not letting people join a social community. Creating a new profile and looking for friends should be the only cost of users. It sucks to force people looking for invitations
