I don't have a TV and I've not had a letter for years. It's hillariuos when people from call centres in India call to sell TV related services. Their script clearly doesn't have that contingency catered for.

Point is they are plentiful - I can hail a cab in minutes but if they become rare I could wait 30 minutes for the 'special' cab to show up.

Articles claims 20k litres per day from 1km sq. solar farm maybe possible in the future. At current (retail) prices that's about 10,000GBP per day or 3.5M GBP per year. Doesn't sound like a lot to run a 1km sq. facility...

This is only happening through the looking glass of 0.5% rates - 3% on property seems attractive. If the economy ever re-inflates and rates go up a couple of points all this building wont seem so attractive anymore...

IPython + Pandas[0] + (sklearn/cvxopt/etc.) are an amazing combination and as far as I can see gaining share. I would love to work in Haskell but I'm always scared the library support / interactivity won't be there.
