Funny, I had to take a two hour mandatory company privacy training course today and the gist of it was the company could only use personal information customers allowed for the purpose it was intended to be used for. The personal info can'

In my sleepy little town at any red light when traffic stops for the light (I hope!) it's as if someone said "Let us pray." and all the drivers bow their heads.

It depends on the situation. At 32 I took CS101 at a local university, never had the money to go before so my first time in Uni, first formal programming training and felt like I was 1,000 years older than my classmates. I had to drop out

I did I went to Mayo Clinic and NIH websites and the gist of it is too much water results in rapid loss of sodium and your body's cells swell up with excess water. Drinking litres of pop such as low sodium would also be dangerous according

Being in poor physical shape probably had more to do it. People drink litres of pop at a sitting too without much effect on them other than being obese.

It's odd though since the article seems to read as if Steve's mother was pressured to abandon him by her father but Steve's biological father didn't have a say in it. Only later after the divorce they described Mr. Jandali as distant but t

No I'm saying not every person has the same size hands or thumbs.

by dhughes 15y ago
Maybe that's why Apple is pushing for voice recognition with Siri. I still think people like big screens on smartphones and thumbs be damned plus nobody seems to like voice recognition or Dragon Dictate would be on every PC.

It only makes sense if every person on the planet all have the same size hands and the same length thumbs.

Another thing to consider is in general the screen bezels of phones is getting thinner too as the screen glass size grows, a 3.5" (88.9mm) iPhone has probably a 1/4" (6.3mm) bezel surrounding the screen. Someone with an iPhone would be use

Creepy though to see how effective Apple marketing can be. 4.3" screen (the Fusion edit: make that "Infuse" is 4.5") versus 3.5" screen is a massive difference. Apple pushes Facetime yet Samsung SGII has front camera with 2MP 1920x1080 ver

Yeah I saw that pretty much the first thing that pops up on Google so it must be an issue with a lot of Mac/Apple owners. Apple seems to claim they're very customer oriented I wonder why they don't address this issue and make it something
