My take on social Internet trends and technology seems to be everything is rushing towards mobility and has been since about 2004. When I first got on the Internet in the early 90s you sat at a desk with a CRT monitor and used a dial-up 14

Funny that you said Pennsylvania that's where I was and where I was thinking about when writing about cheap US booze. I'm so used to government run liquor outlets I never even thought about it not being a private store.

Regarding aspirin it should also be mentioned in young adults i.e. late teens to about age 20. Reye's syndrome should be something people are aware of. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reyes_syndrome

As a Canadian I laughed at "steep taxes" when I go to the US alcohol is ridiculously cheap and sometimes given out free (e.g. casinos). Especially hard liquor and wine, I rarely drink but it's interesting to see such a huge difference: 6 p

My Dad was in the Canadian Coast Guard the HUET classes are mandatory. It's a good thing because I think Dad said over half the crew couldn't even swim! Not that it matters you'd be dead in three minutes anyway without a Mustang suit.

Health can rapidly fail and if you are unhealthy at 25 you'll be dead by 40. Be as healthy as you can as early as you can because it doesn't get easier as you get older or have a family. Bad habits are cumulative, you can't fix poor health
