since it's running so well on A12z, why can't they just let iPad Pro users choose whether they want to run MacOS or iPadOS on their iPad?

Tethering the headset to an iPhone in your back pocket to offload the processing still makes the most sense to me. By the time this thing comes out, iPhone 13 or 14 will be pretty powerful, and most people already own one so the headset can

This is great, thanks for making it! I've got a bluetooth midi adaptor with my old Disklavier too - there is an iOS app for streaming midi files into it but it's got a monthly subscription. Your Chrome extension looks perfect.

Awesome project. The main difference I can see is that the solenoids on Disklaviers are very quiet. I've got a mid-80's U3 Disklavier I bought a couple of years ago, one with a floppy disk controller. It was about £4k, bought it f

Looks like Lars Lundahl (famous for high quality audio transformers) wanted to build an audio magnetic amplifier in the 90s, but the project got canned. Some German company ended up making it a decade or so later http://www.audit

This is interesting - I think going backwards in time, different musical harmonic/sound conventions still make "sense" to us. Like you could be listening do music from nearly any period of time from the past 500+ years and it

Multiplayer would be sweet for a web DAW, it rocks in design tools like Figma. I think you are right, a light DAW would cover 80% of people's needs. And as long as you can export the track as midi and audio bounces, you could always co

Would be great if there was a VST like standard for audio effect plugins for web, so that many web-based audio apps could use the same plugins. Saw something like that but for synths - https://www.webaudiomodules.org/wamsynt

Any video conferencing tool + cheap wacom + Figma is quite powerful. Works on MacOS/Linux/Windows. There are some things Figma isn't intended (and as such very good fit) for though, like diagramming/flowcharts, or markin

Not seen anything with both free trades and an API in the UK. I would like to do this to implement simple strategies - for instance mirror indices but with user defined filters (S&P500 minus hospitality, airlines and oil, as an example)

I don't think it's wise to project guaranteed 13-15% stock market returns, or suggest it's better than paying off debt. It may have been the case last few years of the cycle, but may well not be the case for the next 5 years.
