This is tremendously fun, thank you! Your solution seems to assume that all cuts need to be directed towards a single point, but doesn't it seem likely that an even more optimal solution increases h (depth of cut target) as the cuts mo

I adore polars for its speed and I find the interface easier than pandas. But pandas still has a richer ecosystem of stuff built around it. I try to use polars in greenfield things but occasionally get yoinked back.

It wasn't under $1k but you can do some options for close-ish to that: a cargo e-bike. It's been amazing and has let us remain a one car family despite two kids with a lot of activities. I adore it. About to hit 2k miles on it.

Same for google music. I wonder if the author meant stage right, or if they had something swapped. (It matches my memory of the CD version but I don't feel like pulling the CD pile out of the basement for this.)

We've used both gabb and an apple watch and they both work decently well. The apple watch has a few too many features by default but it's not as engrossing as a smartphone. The gabb watch was great overall. We switched from gabb -

Sometimes it's fun to do things when there's no real world consequence attached to failure and experimentation even if the mechanics are similar to something we do for work. I sometimes do project euler puzzles for fun. I'm a

I don't think there's anything to get - it's just for fun. It started as an AARL one-off for the 110th anniversary of the establishment of national parks in the US, and proved popular, and turned into its own thing. I think i

This is a bit of a misunderstanding. A single out of order packet will not cause a reduction; tcp uses three duplicate acks as a loss signal. So the packet must have been reordered to arrive after 3 later packets. Latency does not increase
