Interesting. Hadn't heard of American Giant. I buy AG Jeans and Robert Barakett shirts, and this is my usual outfit. However, AG Jeans ( https://www.agjeans.com/ ) is distinct from American Giant jeans ( https:/

This article has a strong slant. If we can look past that, we should consider the claim: everyone having skin in the game is more democratic and leads to a better aligned government. Perhaps this would lead to more peace.

i worry about Dioxus. not because "they're going to be destroyed by their VC funding" directly, but indirectly. is this a sustainable endeavor? does the market really want them or care about them? it's hard to consider a

i think this is aligned with the author's choice. a separate schema is effectively a separate database (from a product eng perspective) with shared infra.

at one point, HN was anti-censorship. this discussion shows how ideologically aligned this concept has become. there are volleys back and forth of "what censorship" followed by links to wikipedia enumerating it. RT and Joe Rogan a

even if we take the number presented as fact (i'm not sure we should), the articles claim is that: > "Foreign exporters absorb only about 4% of the tariff burden-the remaining 96% is passed through to US buyers." so yeah,

Americans will rightly be suspicious when a think tank in Germany writes about tariff relief that benefits them. Of course, we should all be critical always – that's the first word in the term "critical thinking".
