There are legal avenues for whistleblowing through IGs and/or Congress. You can't write a law that gives journalists special access to classified information and giving them arbitrary information is ok, how would that even work? (

Generally that isn't how RSU vesting schedules works. You only keep what has already vested if you leave.

It likely isn't the FDA's choice, there are a lot of statutory requirements under 21 USC 350a that requires inspections, audits and specific quality control measures that can't be set aside via CFR with an emergency rule maki

21 USC 350a is probably why, there are requirements for audits and inspections in there that the FDA cannot just set aside with an emergency rule making process since they are statutory.

Is this something that the FDA even has discretion of or are there statutory requirements for labeling infant formula in the US? EDIT: In response to my own question there are statutory requirements listed in 21 USC 350a.

Is forwarding a single port that difficult in most circumstances? I do realize there are some instances where that is hard like CGNAT, but if I have easy access to wireguard in my network already what does tailscale buy me?

CDN and Reverse Proxy are Cloudflare's bread and butter really, WAF came later. The issue is that those technologies are rather invisible to most users when they are working correctly.

Also the Executive Office of the President can get away with a lot of things offering special incentives and pay rates and what not, but they can't go above the GS 15 step 10 cap for non SES/ES employees because that is statutory.

You can, they are just a lot more expensive. The hostile features are a revenue stream and subsidize the cost of the product. Apparently a lot of users are okay with that.

I think its going to come down to smart network management in the client OS. If I'm on a trusted network, use the network resolvers (either via UDP 53 or DoH, or whatever) and if I'm not use preconfigured resolvers like 1.1.1.1 or
