El Salvador, it is not exactly illegal, you get thrown into a quarantine center for 30 days if you're not outside for anything but essential needs or your job (if you are an essential worker), I do think it's for the best for now

You don’t have to update bootstrap if you want to keep supporting IE, I don’t see anything wrong with that, you might just miss some conveniences, so I don’t think it will affect them that much, need IE? use bootstrap 4

I'm currently working with it for a project atm, I can not recommend it, it's ORM is pretty bad, cutting corners wherever possible, but the worst thing about it is its documentation it is badly redacted and relies a lot on example

The only reason I don't switch is that whenever Firefox has control of the webcam, I can't seem to be able to access the webcam with any other software, is this configurable? I work with webRTC a lot, so this is essential for me,

Yeah I agree that it is a pain when a package is not in the official repos and maybe I should see this a centralized solution to that, currently I think each distro tries to solve it somewhat, for example Arch and it's AUR

How is this different from windows? I think this is good for dependency heavy apps, such as krita, but you should still try to keep things as centralized as possible, makes updates easier and painless
