Another example of how distorted prices are in this market. Price discovery is nearly impossible. Some places can't even tell you how much a drug cost without insurance because they don't even know!

I’m sure their counsel knows exactly what they’re doing. Sometimes when you’re big and bad enough it’s worth it to take a gamble and see how things will settle in court. And that’s not even necessarily a bad thing. People and cultures chang

It’s so ubiquitous in fact I’d say it should probably forfeit its protection as a trademark. Same as fax machine, cell phone, etc.

Because that’s not how it’s used by 99% of people. A bike can mean either a motorcycle or a bicycle. Calling someone racist can mean they're racist against a person of any race.

“You say that it’s impossible to be racist against a white person? And impossible to be sexist against a man?” It really is a confusing time for normal people outside of the intelligentsia / twitter bubble.

Forget the federal government. I wish this was something states worked out. After all they collect my taxes on my behalf. I should just be able to fill out my state return and let them deal with the federal government.

I wonder about this as well. I think it’s time we start getting real answers from PG&E about why our power cost so much when apparently it’s so abundant. Even with solar they charge me $10/month to be hooked into the grid, even tho

The logical next step is devices (storage) which can arbitrage these prices and make a profit. Capitalism is a wonderful thing, especially when it’s helping make green energy more efficient.

It’s just resolving dns queries. What types of resources do you think it needs? Also, newest revision of rpi (model 3 b+) is quad core 1.4ghz with gigabit lan. Overkill for a project like this.
