You can get the slides here - https://media.defcon.org/DEF%20CON%2024/DEF%20CON%2024%20pre... It really is a clever attack! I'm really surprised at the way he mentions the microcontroller tests if the key is corre

Even if you use distance bounding protocols, couldn't someone just use one of those contactless paypal machines, to steal your money directly?

I guess you wouldn't want to perform any mission critical computation on this type of system, unless you can verify the results you obtain using it are accurate, as I can imagine its fairly easy for people to tamper with your data. Bu

Yeah, that's a good point. So with that approach you could even get results of accuracy from data from a single social media source at least I guess.

I'm curious how you can know the tool is 95% accurate, if it's being tested on real world data, such as from reddit etc.? I can only assume it was tested on a synthetic dataset perhaps. Also I'm wondering how many unique user

I don't know anything about algorithmic trading, but I'm just wondering, are the people who do make money lots of money out of it, those who have servers close to the data source, who do high frequency trades.

You can actually read keypresses from /dev/input/eventN to make a keylogger, I wrote a simple one in lua.

That's very interesting I didn't realise that. So it's oversampling ~10x? The datasheet for the LMS7002 chip seems to indicate its sample rate is 160 MHz? Which you can grab from: http://www.limemicro.com/pr

Are you sure you mean 640MSPS re. the Ettus B200, that sounds very high for an entry level SDR. Looking at the Ettus spec page - https://www.ettus.com/product/details/UB200-KIT they quote 61.44MS/s. Also the
