What's wrong with the NSF starting that way? Are they not a significant source of funds for "basic science" research? Even if you want to be cynical about this issue, haven't we been doing this long enough to know that research for military

I think there's a big difference between being bored with your friends and being bored with Facebook. I'm bored of Facebook. It's sole use for me at this point is to track down people I can't find otherwise (e.g. people I haven't talked to

I was simply making a point that there are people that have a strong financial interest that a cure would compromise. That's simply a fact. I didn't go any further than that because I'm sure I'm less qualified to do that than many others he

It's GPLv3. Or are you implying that deploying a website doesn't necessarily comply with the license just because the source is visible?

You could wrap it in PhoneGap or Titanium if you want to get it in the App Store/Marketplace. Otherwise, just deploy it to your web server. It would be good to get a nice mobile version of your website.

It's not confusing if you know that, in the US, the average person doesn't think about buying a Motorola or HTC. They are buying their phone from Verizon, so it's up to Verizon to market them. That's why Verizon licensed the "Droid" TM. HTC
