I love Blackbox and still use it today, though I privately maintain my own fork with a few bug fixes and hacks for my personal preferences. Best WM I have ever used.

My book (my first and only) < https://www.packtpub.com/application-development/d-cookbook> got $3000 advance, plus an on-time completion bonus, and now, two years later, continues to pay me ~$200 royalty checks in

I wrote a terminal emulator < https://github.com/adamdruppe/terminal-emulator> and use it daily so it is good enough for me at least... clocks in at ~15k lines (including the gui helper lib). The biggest complexit

I haven't checked but I kinda doubt it... and I kinda hope not - the windows console API is so much nicer than the unix terminal system it would be a pity to make it an ugly hybrid. Of course, you can run a terminal emulator inside the

It is interesting to note that most those HTTP libraries end up looking like CGI to the programmer anyway, even sometimes using X-Whatever headers for additional information, because that's the relevant information to an app server.

Are you using the new version and compiling with -g there? Those addresses should be translateable into line numbers. You can also do it manually btw with `addr2line -e your_executable 0x435c17` and the sort.

null deference in D doesn't throw exceptions by default on Unix so you won't see the backtrace there. If you are working in a big codebase and have this come up, you can enable core dumps and run it in a debugger to get far more i

The <input type="image"> isn't just an image, it actually inputs data too. It tells the server the coordinates on the image where your click occurred. Everybody seems to think they are just for decorating submit buttons
