I'm not 100% sure, but i think Al Capone actually broke the taxation code. This guy is most certainly not terrorist. I think your comparison is not a very good one.

The problem with "the guaranteed royalties" is that they aren't really guaranteed. Samsung has been in negotiations with Apple for ages. I'm not sure who is to blame, but there sure as hell isn't a licensing agreem

From my experience, code search is not that bad. Usually the relevant SO posts are on top (maybe even "featured"). I've encountered this problem on obscure code searches though.

Judging by my own experience and some of my colleagues, this seems to be the case. I switched to DDG about a week before the whole NSA thing. At first it was awkward, queries are slower than google (sometimes the results are worse), but aft

Doesn't this mean that they are spying on you without actually knowing if you are a US citizen? By your logic, only after step 4 they actually know if you are a citizen, but they have collected a lot of data about you in steps 1-3.
