This is true, the article does not use python-oauth2 though. It shows how to do the flow manually...well using requests. :)

Actually encrypted does mean that. What you're thinking about is hashing. Hash functions are a one-way trip, and what is most commonly used for password storing.

Working from 9-5 includes lunch as well. The fact that 9-6 includes lunch, the fact that it needs to be mentioned, is ridiculous, you still spend 9 hours in or around the office.

How is 9-6 8 hours a day? They work 9 hours a day. As stated in the article.

Is it just me or does this seem like man pages but on the web? I applaud the effort but still, seems like it would make more sense spend this time and teach ppl how to use the man command.

can anyone point to a link that explains X.509 s shortcomings? I'd really like to read up on that but can't find any sane info.

>People often talk about MVP when they’re really talking about a landing page with a marketing copy and email gathering form. So true... Let's hope that changes soon.

this is just so awesome... I have become quite well versed in setting up streaming replication by myself (postgres 9.1) and have a good system when i need to provision one but a one click solution is a whole other level!

I don't see a reason to be afraid about stolen ideas. The way i see it you would enter something like this just for the kicks....not for the prizes..and it's not like the prizes are millions..soo.. :)
