AFAIK its not a serious issue for many users and companies who sucssesfuly migrated from prometheus/thanos/influxdb/opentsdb/graphite or even cortex to VictoriaMetrics stack. Think about it ;)

There is no comparison between TDengine and VictoriaMetrics at the moment. I am also not aware of any benchmarks. If you are willing to do such analysis and share it, that would be very cool.

InfluxDB do not provide cluster version in open source and I know user who has been reported that InfluxDB droped its data for the last year - that's why he to migrating to VictoriaMetrics.

I recommend to use VictoriaMetrics instead of using InfluxDB for many reasons. PostgreSQL is good SQL database for different purposes but as TSDB on a big installations it works not really well.
