"speak" "package" "touch up" Odd that the writer called out these words in quotes in the midst of metaphors that were more obvious. I missed the article on the first read through because the writing was so bad.

I make almost all of purchasing decisions based on principles to the best that I can. Rewarding a Nazi sympathizing sexist pig who's clearly driving (another) pump and dump is a great reason not to give a company my money. Any question

How long until he claims Tesla is worth a quadrillion dollars? I'd say 5 years. If he didn't have so much power this would be hilarious, but he's a real threat.

Yeah, I thought it was a luxury item either people with too much money buy to be hip, or people with not enough money go into debt for to make it look like they have too much money. It appears those are the only two types of people buying t

You don’t understand. If there is no DFU the next application cannot be fixed if it broken. Hence bricked. If the boot rom goes right to the sd card image then there is no problem. Almost all embedded devices have a secondary boot loader. D

Does the RPI boot rom have DFU built in? If not, it can be bricked.

“ Being a software engineer who has a strong preference for creativity, problem-solving, and autonomy” That’s nearly every engineer or programmer I’ve ever met, not some rarity.

Interesting that you managed to avoid programming the SAU. The default IDAU appears to be sufficient, yes?

I don't want any part of my personal data (what I write, what I photograph, what I record, what I jot down) to be viewed by anything by my own eyes or the encryption algorithm converting it to ciphertext to send across a secure channel

PHP had a huge range of intrinsics specifically targeted at processing web input with web like patterns and configuration. PERL is about one thing: munging text data with minimal syntax. Granted you can do all sort of things with it, but it

I loved this show. I taught me the difference between a compiler and an interpreter a decade before the web even existed, when our school had one commodore PET. Core memory: I was in 7th grade and I got teased mercilessly for mentioning it

Really? Wow, Western Digital and nVidia sure are having ARM rammed down their throat... oh wait, they are using RISC V. What are you even talking about?

No one said they shouldn't be. I mean, its not like there are laws saying they cannot be free. Patternson has always used too much hyperbole and marketing himself as a crusader. RISC-V is great, let the technology speak for itself.

I tried to use something like this to read a flash on a car’s ECU. I even build a small probe station when the clip finally broke. I ended up having to desolder it. I don’t understand how hackers make in-circuit spi probing work on embedded

Everything you said are facts. In (my) reality, the level of detail you describe in the configuration is based on reading a spec, and not based on a design. Caveat: this is my experience evaluating RV v. Arm. In other words: no one is picki
