This ID thing makes no sense. Did the team doing the deletion take these cloud site IDs and plug then into a script expecting app IDs? And it still found and deleted sites? Or is the script like a delete anything script? Give it an ID and i

You might look at SQLToy which is a DB and blog I wrote to teach how SQL processing works internally: https://github.com/weinberg/SQLToy

I love this. I actually think making a tiny redis is way more ambitious than a SQL database. It looks like you have a good start! Two articles that really opened my eyes are: A Beginner’s Guide to the True Order of SQL Operations: https:&#

I am a Javascript developer and I've used SQL for years but it's always been a bit of a black box. I recently learned about the SQL order of operations and the relational model and it kind of blew my mind. In the process of digest

Hi HN! My pet project for the last couple of months has been SQLToy. SQLToy is an in-memory SQL database written in Javascript. It is under 500 lines of code and has zero dependencies. It supports the following SQL operations: SELECT - FROM

I have an old Apple ][ as well and my kids like playing around on it from time to time. The best thing about it is you can’t break it. If something goes wrong they just turn it off and turn it back on. I’m also not worried they are going to
