It's not exactly a package manager (it doesn't do proper dependency management) but for development I absolutely love Scoop[1]. It makes it so simple to get tools for Windows command line without Cygwin. Disclaimer: I'm a con

I get a slight metallic taste from Coke Zero. However I find that Diet Coke leaves me with cotton mouth, so I switched to Zero. I used to drink Coke regularly but I was advised to stop for health reasons. I'm not morbidly obese or anyt

Yeah I tried CocaCola Life and it's nice, but it's still a lot of sugar since it's not a complete replacement.

One of my must haves that I'd definitely recommend is T4MVC[0] T4MVC is a T4 template for ASP.NET MVC apps that creates strongly typed helpers that eliminate the use of literal strings in many places. [0]: https://g

This sort of thing interests me, but as far as presentation goes, those terminal gifs seem pointless and annoying. I don't like to gravitate towards negativity but I'm trying to see what the .slate.js file looks like and it keeps

I prefer it over Chocolately, however Scoop is mainly aimed at developer tools on the command line. Scoop is more a replacement for Cygwin. Disclaimer: I'm a Scoop contributor.

How do you handle package management? I just couldn't get things to go my way. Either it worked on Windows or Mac, not both. What flavour of Emacs are you using on Windows?
