People starting at $4K are the ones who work for consultancies like Infosys, Wipro, et al. There is a reason why they're paid so less. They're usually graduates from terrible engineering colleges who have no real engineering skill

Arranged marriage != forced marrige. Majority of marriages in south east Asia and India are arranged marriages. There's nothing unethical about it.
