In the deep learning world every major framework works on top of Cudnn which works on top of CUDA Pytorch, Tensorflow you name it. https://github.com/pytorch/pytorch/issues/10657 That is the state of Pytorch

Not happening. nVidia has a stranglehold on deep learning because of CUDA and Cudnn. I don't see any AMD alternatives to take over either of these. So I wouldn't bet too much on AMD taking over the deep learning chip market.

I think someone's ability to understand and explain recursion like am a child is very undervalued. It's not about testing whether you know the base case or the fact that you write less lines of code in recursion but the fact that

Yep, in addition to increasing corporate taxes to 28%, Biden's plan is to ensure that corporations will pay at least a minimum tax, regardless of all the deductions they can avail. https://in.news.yahoo.com/joe-bidens-t

The tide might lose steam if Biden wins the election. Though I doubt there will be any carnage similar to the dot com bust. For one, interest rates are super low and I don't see them rising anytime soon, even if the Fed raises rates, t

I doubt it. If you look at nCino S1, their professional services revenues are not growing as much as their subscription revenues. PS revenues: 2018 20,094 2019 27,076 ~35% 2020 34,915 ~27% While subscription revenues almost double every yea

My gripe with the touch bar is that for every IDE you have to customise it to see the function keys by default. It's so damn annoying. Why can't the default layout be just the Fn keys ?

The lack of a desire to build is very surprising to me, as an outsider at least. Disregarding politics and everything else, America was (and until now is) a builder's paradise. At least from a taxation and policy viewpoint. I mean, com

Here is my logic as a retail investor. The market has lost close to 20-30% from the peak. Will it regain the peak, for sure. By when ? Hard to predict. All I know is that the rate of climb need not be the same as the rate of the fall. This
