The BoM is ~$150 MSRP. I doubt the ZKP Rube Goldberg contraption will survive a day of reverse engineering once it gets into the wild.

iPhone 17 Pro Max (iOS 26.0.1) I have reproduced the pops everywhere I am able to manually trigger notes. I was fiddling with the guitar tones, then opened from the background when the audio broke. I tried repeating that, but no repro.

If I quickly play two different notes there is a pop/crack noise. It doesn’t do this during any of the automatic sequences (likely, because it waits for the sample to stop before playing the next). (iOS) When I went back to see if I co

The AI mode does seem to be free of ads. The grocery shopping use case seems ridiculous, yet is telling. What kind of compensation might they get for agents putting promoted products in your cart?

I have been using sympy while learning electron physics to automatically integrate linear charge densities. It works great symbolically, but often fails silently when the symbols are substituted with floats before integration. https:/

I see a solution to this for both sides: encourage published forks. This allows the contributor to shoulder the burden of packaging and support. If you support the patch, adopt the fork and advocate on the issue. If you find issues, help re

Consider how many of these injunctions have been ignored, challenged, and gone through a separate appeals process, only to be struck down by a SCOTUS shadow docket ruling. I suspect the reasoning is that a final SCOTUS ruling will be faster

I am imagining razor blades arranged like Vs. They don’t necessarily have to cut horizontally either. Cutting upwards would exploit the tension of the roots rather than overcoming the inertia mass of a blade of grass.

I have been dreaming of small solar robots that quietly trim the grass all day. Static blades pulled across the grass in short bursts. RC orchestration guided by security cameras.

I find the term “anti-abundance left” odd. He wrote a book called “Abundance” laying out the case for deregulating zoning laws. Claiming global monopolies in aggregate seems more like a conspiracy theory. I thought the mainstream (left) opp

I have always preferred small, self-contained commits for this reason. The GUI tooling for line based commits has left me wanting though. Maybe an LLM can be trained to demux commits.

You could change the scaling factor to target any bounds you want. On average the precision is equal. The mantissa just adds linear segments to a logarithmic curve.
