Why would that be fraud? Is the subsidy something other than giving the people purchasing EVs a "rebate"?

You should check out Michael Levin. Cancerous cells do not grow organ-like structures. Normal cells communicate with other cells as a network to control growth.

Nicely done. Will you be able to render 3D donuts? And even animations, say pick a slice & see it tear apart from the donut.

You know, 1.5x for overtime seems great until it is enforced for everybody (like it's done in Quebec) and so it is forbidden by company leadership unless it is deemed a necessity. So for people with more time on their hands than respon

Hah, it feels like Microsoft is currently in "Code Red" to implement AI features.

It’s not just redistribution from the very rich. It’s redistribution from every tax payer, and you can bet your tax dollars aren’t used very efficiently.

Unless you agree with the US's current budget (and the staggering debt it entails), you can't say that the government is particularly efficient.

Huh, with AI you can always "review" those mods. They are small enough. Anyway they are distributed via the creator's github repo, so it's already somewhat of a peer reviewed mechanism.

That's a good point. I think it would be bearable if they actually had a good feedback platform & interact with their users. Feedback Hub is just terrible: slow, featureless & built on top of their buggiest ui platform. Unfortu

Luckily this is a capitalist society and usually mistakes in the private market resolve themselves because losing money is not a winning strategy.

It is worse for anybody looking for an appartment. Of course the person already living in one isn't worse off, but that has never been the issue that rent control creates. It disincentivises repairs and new constructions.

I wouldn't based any policy based on people's opinion IMO. There has to be a cost/benefit study to base your decision on. Anyway kids can be pretty smart. It wouldn't surprise me to learn that this program is beneficial

I was thinking the same thing until I learned about the high speed train plans California had (and still have?) and just how much of a disaster it is. It’s a red tape issue and nobody at the policy level seems to care to fix it.

It seems quite obvious as surely the amount of C++, C, etc. is less, in the public domain, than the millions of lines of JS, C#, Java, Python & others that are available on github, gitlab & others. So for those users, you might stil
