There is more to it. Usually people don’t like to take plane from airline if they have a lot of accident. If i build a bridge and it collapse, how I’m making money now? If I have other bridges, people might stop using them if they are known

It’s just that the sanction in Singapore are much more harsh than in the West. When I visited I noticed that fines are about 10 times higher than in Canada for the same offense. And there is no caning as well.

Simply fill a jug of that heavily chlorinated water and put it in the fridge, all the chlorine will evaporate after few hours. You will get free, cold and good tasting water always available. No need for filter.
