This is a good point. There are many elderly people struggling to keep up with technological advances. I’ve seen these poor people get confused by things like WiFi passwords and self checkout kiosks at the grocery store. Of course these sam

I’ve witnessed somebody piping dd over an ssh tunnel to write blocks from one machine directly to another. Highly NOT recommended but still one of the neatest things I’ve seen. It worked.

I would agree with all those points actually. In my experience though, it's hard to find a company willing to talk like adults about that. I also wouldn't be surprised if this was a regional difference. Perhaps coastal job markets

I don’t understand this reasoning. All this will do is promote sand-bagging. As somebody struggling emotionally through the pandemic and who tends to work through problems quickly, I found myself intentionally wasting time at work because a

I would recommend dedicating an entire AWS account to this. Or, if you have a solid tagging strategy[0], you can craft your IAM policies to only allow Appliku access to resources tagged with a particular tag. 0 - https://docs.aws

I also recommend UDisc. Good Apple Watch integration as well. They make it easy to track granular stats like the length of your drive or you can just use it to keep score during a friendly game. Worth the price.

I would argue against your final point. They may support some features that Terraform does not, but on the whole I would expect Terraform to have a more complete feature-set than CloudFormation.

I try to give a "friendly" honk followed by a "hang up" hand gesture. Results range from them putting the phone down and giving a thumbsup to angrily cutting me off and speeding down the freeway.

I tried suing a landlord in small claims court. Their lawyer just had the court move the case to civil court so they could bring representation. It's a broken system imo.

Alternatively you could use the "archive_file" [0] resource provided by terraform. I use this resource to zip up my lambda source files and then use the hash of the zip file to determine if my application should be redeployed. [0]
