After native promises, is there much reason to use 3rd party libraries? Promises are a pretty small set of tools, so I'm not sure what one would have to offer over another.

Interesting but unrelated observation -- I've never heard Bruce speak but I've been reading his writings for a couple years now. His voice sounds exactly how I thought it might. Also, I can't get the video to play past 2:01 u

I was offered an internship/mentorship by a family friend to do web development since he knew I was already fairly well-versed in computers & higher-level programming concepts. The rest is history.

Maybe not, but it definitely requires you to sit down and learn & understand what's going on, often longer than most of these people want to spend on one particular subject that may not be part of their regular job.

This is true, actually. They are read from right-to-left. I'm not sure how much extra resources are expended searching this way opposed to the other, though my guess would be the same as yours. It may be worth a benchmark?

I didn't really agree with that point either. I don't care much for the aesthetic but it's pretty recognizable at that size.

I feel you, but I used to have to use Windows for work (for no reason in particular other than my boss was a dick). PowerShell + https://chocolatey.org/ is a great way to go. It made working in Windows quite enjoyable and n

Why would China only swap scripts for users OUTSIDE China? And why only 1.75% of the time? If they're willing to do this level of `cyber warfare`, why stop at it's own citizenry, or cap it at a number like that?
