   It would be interesting to study that effect - use this device on a day trip, then on another use a standard (phone) camera. A year or so later, look back and see which evokes more of a memory. This would be subjective, unless you get wired

   I find that the first option mixed with an extreme amount of self deprecation is like taking a riding crop to the part of my brain that works really well. Unlike the rest which is a procrastitative mess.

   exactly this, if you're a lone worker it becomes so easy to be consumed by a project and forget about the things that bring in work after the project has ended.

    I'm sure that trademark law specifies that you have to uphold any infringements to be allowed to fight for the trademark at a later date.
