You have to ban things that are outright bad for athletes. You also have to remember, given a competition people will do whatever it takes to win, because someone else will. So you have to draw the line somewhere.

Yeah I think that is a tough one, but I do think what they are trying to do is not a bad thing, especially since they are specifically skipping advertising. Bottom line, if books were more searchable I think it makes the world a better and

Agreed, I think a good postmortem distinguishes great companies from just good companies. The depth on philosophy, reasoning and then action is very digestible.
