Ah ok. In the case of someone being malicious, many just would no longer choose to play in their campaigns. Incentives to NOT fuck with people seemed plenty high enough. Apparently that is no longer the case.

You are reading it correctly. The before game meet n greet was where everyone caught up with everyone else. Maybe being pre cell phone has something to do with it all. Where and when I came from, the idea of having to do a "might trig

Well, if my dad had died, I would understand the DM has no clue, until I say something. If I say something and that scene plays out, things are understandably ugly. If I don't and find myself uncomfortable, that is on me to manage, nob

Excellent choices, and you probably did! Potatotext was one of my first Propeller projects. I wanted a nice text display for future learning. I think your project is great, and I am thankful I made the final comment I did, because you did

I learned a ton on it and would not say that is true. And the P2 chip can put all that to bed due to it literally supporting almost every computing model and can even do multiple language programs that run all at the same time! I have writt

The Propeller is a good bridge into retro in my view. The device offers great retro level video just about any way you want it, except digital. VGA, NTSC, PAL, s-video, others... You can drive TTL displays, such as a CGA, EGA, Monochrome.

Parallax will continue to offer both the original Propeller and the second generation chip, known as P2 or Propeller 2 basically as long as they remain in business. The idea was to offer more capabilities to existing Propeller users as much

I like this project! The PCB looks clean, and has a lean, but complete set of components. 160x200 video is a mistake however. Those pixels are twice as wide as they are tall, in NTSC signaling to be perfectly fair. And to be a bit more f

Paper has no downtime. In times of disaster, the people welding paper along with the people who can trade on their street cred, familiar friends, family, will get stuff, do necessary business. Everyone else will be essentially panhandling.

Yes! Simply talk with other people about music. Recently, work ended up with a co-worker having great sound and a love of music greater than my own at present. I thought, "Hey, maybe this is good for me." and said, "Go for

I think what you have identified is a truism. Simple languages present a very lean cognitive load. They also do not offer a bazillion choices, and that is perhaps their greatest appeal! When the language is simple, a programmer can apply m

Though I do not mind folder create in $HOME at all, I second this recommendation. I just glanced through that spec and find it agreeable..

Unless they simply are unaware, or hold a different opinion. Frankly, I expect when something needs to create data without prompting the user, that data ends up in $HOME. I know where to look, and bonus points for an easy to manage folder

YES! And thank you for a great app that is getting better. I bought in right away too. Louis gave a rundown on the idea; namely, you can pay for it, or not pay for it, and in either case we are going to do our best to make it work for you
