And simplicity. And cost vs suitability for purpose. And form factor. And vendor support for the unit. Jank ass recycled pcs and expensive, overbuilt diy rigs simply don’t even belong in the same conversation.

I dunno, I’d say it’s never been easier. If you’re building a paid service you’re probably already using cognito or supabase or something. That puts you a few clicks aways from 5+ other identity providers and normal accounts.

It’s odd, I just saw my first one of these today. Some former Figma person linked an AI site comp designer. I was going to give it a shot, but the only choice was a Google login. So very weird.

The objective here feels like a good candidate for people to vibecode into their homebrew rss readers, in a composite feed. The marked source feeds then get hidden behind a minor effort gate. You still keep your unmarked and “safe” xkcd or

The old timey ones were morons in every kind of human way, too. We know what dumb shit they thought and said. They just didn’t all have instantaneous global reach while sitting on the crapper, like Henry Ford with a Twitter account. Even th

This is actually a stronger argument for Apple than the article makes. The king of AI isn’t the shop with the biggest/bestest model, or whose machine has the bandwidth and unified memory. It’s the company who has the trust of a massive
