I think that the risk for Google is finally starting to come over the horizon. DDG, Bing, Brave? are now almost just good enough and google has not successfully diversified their revenue from search ads. The law of diminishing returns, sear

I'm glad billionaires like Bezos exist. They can choose to fund grand visions when people who need votes either don't, or they do and the funding gets cut after the next election. This is one of the ways China is able to execute l

very unpopular opinion here, but I think we need to retain the mega-corps to be able to compete with the mega-corps from China in the future. In 20 years China is going to have dozens of state sized companies and if we're breaking up c

this Brave logo is so close to ING Direct Bank's (look at their ios app), it's ridiculous. Once they discover you I reckon they'll get legal action to change it.

I'd really like to be able to customise (explicitly not based on my "behaviour"), how I want my search results ranked. I don't really care how you do it, let me upvote/downvote results, or let me build rules, but co

I've moved from some senior exec roles (for years), back to being an IC. I had other stuff going on in life and overall, something had to give. I never lost the love for coding, and apart from the massive drop in salary I'm much h
