You're kidding right? Bash Apple all you want, but you have to admit that they create the best user experiences of any company around. Microsoft has proven for twenty years that it is incapable of creating a good user experience.

I wonder if you paid two people 1c and then merged the results, how accurate you'd be.

Yeah, Costco is a good idea. But it still isn't as "cheap" as beans and rice at about $1-$2/meal.

After a summer of YC, I can say that rice and beans, while amazing, get boring after exactly three months.

I love seared tuna. It's pretty easy to make, but it's definitely not cheap.

Why is this being voted up and not being counted as spam? This is absolutely a waste of my time, and a waste of a space on the front page. Please, stop posting co-founder searches.

As an interesting sidenote-- Kaiser Permanente implemented this point-and-click pharmacy ordering a while ago, and supposedly cut their prescription mistakes by 95% and saved almost forty lives lives last year.

Are you serious? All Android is is software. It just happens to support a lot of different types of hardware, and the first phone has a dedicated keyboard. And saying it will help more than anything is certainly a matter of your opinion. At

Yeah, of course. But it was very slow. And the interface wasn't nearly as polished as the iPhone's. I don't know how much iteration will help them.

Android FTF. I used it, and it was pretty terrible. If you think the iPhone is slow...

Wow, I wasn't aware that they were denying apps that are "similar" to other apps already approved. That eliminates the evolution that comes with capitalism. Very bad.

I don't think it's a necessarily a bad thing, but I think if it happened more often, it could be. I'm not sure why, but this particular job/cofounder ad just rubbed me the wrong way. It's like a personals ad with no picture. No information

I don't mean to be overly negative, but 1) I don't really want to see this kind of stuff here, and 2) I don't think this is really an effective way to find a cofounder.

I'm looking for a beautiful blonde attractive wife. She has to be ready to live with me in a deep relationship, starting immediately. I have a good idea of where I want the relationship to go, as I have some experience-- I previously had a

I think the certificates that CO2Stats buys actually do what you described as a "real" offset. It entices traditional energy suppliers to invest in clean energy.

There will always be some amount of demand for energy. If you pump a little bit more wind powered energy into the grid that reduces the amount of demand on coal, then you're doing at least a little bit of good.

I don't think Genius is bad; it works extremely well. I hate when people take stuff like this and put an exaggerated negative slant to drive traffic. Patenting sneaker DRM is ridiculous enough. He didn't have to add the inflammatory comment

You can't argue that they aren't doing good for the environment. At least they're making a small impact, even if it's not a total "offset" of the internet experience. In fact, they don't even claim to offset it; they claim to "neutralize"

It will also be interesting to see if anyone made money off of it legally and doesn't go to jail. Probably a lot of lucky day traders.
