I've some feedback for you: - when opening a repository it doesn't list the private ones. (though you can open it by putting its name manually) - markdown rendering could be better. Otherwise seems very good so far, If I find anything else

You don't access the token from multiple devices, just one(your phone). Google's secret keys are weak but Authy's ones are 256 bits. And finally, Daniel was wrong about the key derivation, we are actually using PBKDF2. Sorry for the misunde

yes, it relies on an external server. This is an app we built for our selves, it solves a problem we all have had before so we are not thinking about killing it. Besides, I am thinking about making it open source so people can easily deploy

yeah already saw it, but why are these hacks needed in first place? I am pretty sure there's a good way to fix rails to load faster in a reasonable amount of time (again, I am talking about big projects).

heh. running specs requires to boot rails, starting the console, switching branchs, reviewing code, etc... rails boots fast if you have few files but when the project is big it is a pain, it takes a lot of time to boot and it's not fun. Tha

For me, the biggest problem with rails is that it boots really slow on development so it's really boring. I switched to padrino a while ago due to this issue. Also I prefer padrino's router since it's more explicit.
