I really do love the idea. But in addition to the moderation risks others have mentioned, are you prepared to issue tax documents to every jurisdiction where you might be rendering payments?

Yeah, well, the rock that breaks your pick in that scenario is copying all the processor state back and forth to/from the emulation model, including flag register bits, and also correctly handling exceptions and faults. Emulating the i

L3 is profoundly unwise. L3 can disengage at any moment. The attention required of the human in order to drive safely exceeds that required in L2, and is much more difficult to maintain.

Yes, Uber, operating in Level 3, and safety driver was watching a movie on phone at the time. Very different circumstances. I don’t think this was a classifier defect. Not that I was ever a fan of Uber’s development program, but in this cas

A single multi-threaded app is a toy-sized robot, not a product with a large dev team behind it. The single-app approach doesn’t scale up very well.

Pub/Sub is a very natural fit for robotics. Companies do write ROS out of their production stacks when they get the resources. But they don’t replace pub/sub architecture. ROS provides a plug-in backplane that allows you to innova
