How is this nitpicking over something irrelevant to the primary purpose of their site the top comment on hn?... They just released a video streaming platform...how about we talk about that?

Everyone here is putting an anti-musk spin on this that's not based in reality. SEC just LOST the contempt case against Elon. The agreement is just a clarification of the existing settlement. Elon isn't held in contempt and is not

Wow this community is incredibly toxic. I feel sorry for anyone that believes these anti-tesla smears that are constantly on hn. hn is the last place I go for peoples(bots?) opinions...

We've been hearing this since the company's inception. There was even a website back in 2008 with a time clock of when Tesla will go bankrupt. Ironically the site went bankrupt and is not around anymore. Meanwhile Tesla has become

Except someone actually tried to cause an accident. Employees had to call the police and Tesla was granted a restraining order against him. This wasn't just "jokes on twitter"

This title is a straight up lie. Judge never said he was in violation of anything. He asked them to go and work things out on their own and come back in two weeks. The guardian is despicable

Can people stop sharing paywalled content that can easily be shared from literally any other source for free? If it's primary content then that's one thing, but generic news is not something that needs to be shared with a paywall

Proof SEC is clearly out to get Elon: "it is rare for the agency to seek a contempt order. Virtually every SEC contempt motion in recent years has sought to preserve assets, to recover money owed to the agency, to enforce a prohibition

This is very one sided. Only shows the opinions of people that support the system even though vast majority do not. Seems like Vice is doing propaganda for China's Orwellian/Black Mirroresque system

This is a red herring. Yellow books have existed for decades with peoples name and addresses. Not taking a stance on the doxxing but the real problem with what's happening in Georgia is the fact that the election is straight up rigged
