You're suggesting that common Russians feeling "consequences" will change the war and I would like to disagree. They can do next to nothing, with a high stake. Most of the sanctions, especially the ones that certainly would n

Let me rephrase it for you: sure, even if it's "only" 30% of the population VS the government, the regime is fucked. However, the dilema is that they _will_ arrest some percentage, so, are you willing to be in that bucket, ha

Disclaimer I'm not Russian but watching the roll out of the war, I am again fascinated by westerner's imagination of that an inidividual could achieve in a oppressive regime. People literally get arrested by holding a blank paper

Even if there is rebelion at the end of the tunnel, right now it's just meaningless, endless suffering which also provokes extreme nationalism that the war can feed on. Also, if anyone think it is acceptable to torture average, perhaps

The twitter post still links to the pastebin. I'm not familiar with pastebin. The account is 9 year-old, but otherwise it seems we can't verify anything about it at the moment?

I have seen publisher making open access mandatory, with an outrageous fee attached to it. Also, iirc the pubmed central thing only apply to works with certain funds (i.e. NIH), many articles do not get to there.

Right, that's pretty different from mouseable's demo, which looks like you push keys in the same way you'd push a gamepads' arrow keys. I don't have a windows pc to try mouseable though.

Also note: the background section mentioned that this topic has been studied for some time (20 years), with largely mixed outcomes. I would guess that the conclusion is quite sensitive to the adopted methodology.
