I don't have this functionality. Could you explain if I have to enable something for it to work? It would be a great help, since I have that letter in my last name...

I'm from Europe and I would. In my experience it's only people from the US and possible the UK and/or Scandinavia that only think "Western Europe" when they say "Europe".

A man can lose neither the past nor the future; for how can one take from him that which is not his?

It looks nice. How are you dealing with US companies (if at all)? I think that's interesting considering the embargo.

Do you use C-r/C-s to move around? That's what I do and I think that using the keyboard is a bit faster. The difference is probably negligible, though.

I'd like to add one thing, that those people weren't just hoarding that money. What happens now is that Cyrpus is losing out on some badly needed investment.

You would save that pretty easily in not having to write separate software/everything for the US and for the rest of the world. Not to mention things like http://articles.cnn.com/1999-09-30/tech/9909_30_mars.metric....

They've been using metamphetamine and dexedrine since at least the 1940's. Over 200 million pills were given to soldiers during WWII. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1371512/Nazis-fed-sp... http://www.narconon.org/drug-informatio

I was about to register for an account, but after I read that it stores my authentication information in the cloud I've held out. I just don't feel comparable with that, so I've decided not to do it. It would be great if there was an option

I've read on a blog belonging to a Russian foreign exchange student that's currently living in the country, that they're actually having traffic problems in Pyongyang this year.

They have an internal intranet with bulletin boards and even dating sites that a few select have access to. I think it's mostly there to make rich kids feel like they're not missing out. A very, very small number of people even have access

I don't think that it's a good idea to build a system on the premise that people have to act nice . It's much better to incentivize them to do so.

The difference is that Frederick Brooks didn't say X is impossible to achieve since XXX attempts have been made that failed. He said that X is most likely not possible because of Y (where Y is a function of X).

I agree with you that Playmaker isn't designed to replace all text-based programming and I believe that the tool works well for what it was designed for, namely to allow artists to do a lot of stuff without having to wait for the programmer

Here's Tower of Hanoi written in brainf ck. http://www.clifford.at/bfcpu/hanoi.bf Scratch is awesome and as I mention in the article, one of the strengths of visual programming is that it requires much less training before you are able to

First of all government does some shady stuff to manipulate the value of its own currency, second of all "real" money is more easy to trace (so there are privacy concerns).

The Titanic wasn't the largest ship ever built. It had a sister ship that was built earlier and of the same size. About two weeks after Titanic was built, an even larger ship was constructed.

I think the reason you guys object is because you haven't actually played the game and are looking at it from a superficial standpoint. You are presented with a choice of losing your virginity to the hooker, or leaving and hoping to one day

Doesn't quite work that way since US workers get payed in dollars and Chinese workers get paid in yuan. Once the Chinese government stops artificially keeping it's currency low, it should even out.
